I have been a professional photographer for the past 40 years and my clients include, Virgin, Churchill Insurance, the Gloucester Echo, Wales on Sunday, Breitling, Above and Beyond charities and the Antarctic Heritage Trust.

I am now working as a Freelance Photographer, based in the Herefordshire area but happy to travel to your News, Corporate, Features or Sports event, wherever it may be.

My Newspaper experience helps me work in a way which complements each and every situation, letting me produce the best possible images from every event covered.

Having qualified on the National Council for the Training of Journalists course as a News Photographer at West Bromwich, I started my career on the Wilts and Gloucestershire Standard, working around the Cotswolds area before taking charge of the Marlborough Times photographic section in 1976. In 1980 I moved to the Bristol Evening Post and Western Daily Press covering News, Features and Sports events.

In the course of my career I have travelled around Britain, Europe, the United States and Africa to capture that ‘very special picture’, consequently receiving numerous Newspaper and Photographic industry accolades including the BT West of England News Photographer of the Year award.

My profession has enabled me to meet and photograph many celebrities from Rock stars to Royalty, Sports stars to Prime Ministers, as well as some ‘incredible’ ordinary people.
